Matthew J. Costa, Esq. 

Matthew J. Costa has been an associate with the firm since 2007.  Matthew is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  He focuses his practice in the areas of municipal law, land use and zoning law and civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm he served as Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Matthew is a cum laude graduate of the Roger Williams University School of Law, where he was Executive Notes and Comments Editor of the Law Review. He is a member of the Bristol County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.  Matthew received his B.A. degree from the University of Massachusetts. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two children.

Attorney Thomas P. Gay Jr.  recently  joined our team in November of 2012.  He is the grandson of founder Peter B. Gay and son of Thomas P. Gay Sr.  



A graduate of Suffolk University Law School in Boston, Thomas was involved in student organizations and was the Co-President of the Intramural Basketball Association.  In the Spring of his third year of law school Thomas traveled to Tulane Law School to compete in their National Baseball Arbitration Competition   

Thomas lives in Rhode Island and when he is not at the office you can find him on the Golf Course or at the Beach with his family.
